BEHIND The SCENES

Beyond the spreadsheets and the set life, these are the anchors that keep the thread strong.

My longest-running production. Married for 27 years to my favorite person and biggest fan. It’s the ultimate masterclass in collaboration, negotiation, and keeping the comedy alive through every plot twist.

I don't take full credit for how incredible my kids are—they brought the talent; I just provided the craft services and the direction. Like any elite crew, we all operate at our best when we’re supported. They are my favorite co-creators.

I’m a geographic hybrid. I’ve got that Midwest Work Ethic (Chicago roots and commercial hustle), Mountain Soul (Colorado is where I found my love for documentary and my "A-Team"), and Philly Heart. I moved to the 215 to be with family and stayed for the grit, the people, and the culture. I speak the language of every room I’m in, whether I’m navigating high-velocity production, soulful storytelling, or or just trying to get that “jawn" across the finish line.

The only member of the crew allowed to sleep on the job. My pup is the daily reminder to stay present, move fast, and always celebrate the wrap. (He’s also been known to make the occasional, unscripted appearance on Zoom.)

If there’s a spotlight and a bridge, I probably know the lyrics. I’m a firm believer that life is better with a little theatrical flair and a well-timed 11 o’clock number.

In this industry, relationships are everything. I’m proud of the 30-year working friendships I’ve maintained—turning former clients and crew members into lifelong confidants. We didn’t just work together; we grew up together.
